Construction of a 175.8m hotel tower as part of a complex consisting of a 43 floor office tower, 25 floor hotel tower and 4 x apartment towers of 2 x 24 floors, 1 x 28 floors and 1 x 25 levels in Westlands area, approximately 2 km north west of Nairobi CBD in Westlands Raod and Chiromo Road in Nairobi, Kenya. These towers will be connected with podiums on the eastern and western side, 2 levels bridges and an underground tunnel. Auxiliary facilities include 1479 parking bays, a fire lane and roof gardens.
