Construction of a commercial node for the Hatfield development, which is situated in the street block bounded by Hilda Street to the east, Burnett Street to the south, Festival Street to the west and the railway line to the north, Hatfield, in Gauteng. Scope of works includes the construction of a four level parking basement for 482 parking bays measuring approx 17 240m², ground floor retail area of approx 2 323m², eight level City Lodge Hotel for 184 rooms measuring approximately 7 051m², eight level Office building of approx 6 108m².
