Construction of infrastructure and services for The Exchange which is a mixed-use development in Accra, capital city of Ghana. The project will be located on 6.9ha site situated directly adjacent to Liberation Road, the main arterial road connecting Accra to the Airport. ‘The Exchange’ will be carried out in 2 phases. Phase I will comprise of an hotel-retail and residential development on a land area of approximately 4.6 acres, whilst phase II will be a Office-residential development and will be on an approximate 2.4-acre site.Total project value is estimated at US$115 million.
