About this development
Construction of the Radission Blu hotel for The Exchange which is a mixed-use development in Accra, capital city of Ghana. The project will be located on 6.9ha site sited directly adjacent to Liberation Road, the main arterial road connecting Accra to the Airport. The project will consist of the following: 2 office buildings with gross building area of 16,500m², a 200-room hotel with a conference centre, 14 400m³ of retail space and 4 residential towers. Basement parking will also be provided. The Exchange’ will be carried out in 2 phases. Phase I will comprise of an hotel-retail and residential development on a land area of approximately 4.6 acres, whilst phase II will be a Office-residential development and will be on an approximate 2.4-acre site. The Radisson Blu Hotel, will be a high-end, international hotel with 207 guest rooms, a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness centre and a range of restaurants and bars. It will also hold extensive meeting, conference and banqueting facilities.The hotel will welcome its first guests in 2018. Total project value is estimated at US$115 million.
