About this development
Construction of a new R57 million office development in Sunninghill, north west Johannesburg, in Gauteng. Referred to as The District. The District will consist of three floors of offices of 1 500m² a floor, each of which can be subdivided into eight (or more) office areas. The modern flat-roofed, almost cubist building, which incorporates natural stone, aluminium and timber elements, will have a parking basement for 87 vehicles and 125 open bays.
