The Courtyard - Building

Construction of a new block of prime sectional title offices at Century City at a cost of R37 million to cater for small to medium size offices in the precinct. The 2200 square metre building, to be known as The Courtyard, will comprise 18 units ranging in size from 63 square metres to 222 square metres which can be combined up to a size of 600 square metres if required. This will be the 10th building to be built in Central Park, Century City, Cape Town in the Western Cape.
