Construction of Large Logistics operations and warehousing for the Brickworks Industrial park situated within the old Corobrik site as part of the Investec Property logistics hub, on the corner of Curnick Ndlovu Highway and Main Road R102 (MR577), in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. Phase 3 will consist of approximately 21 Hectares. The GPS co-ordinates are not known at this stage however the GPS marker has been placed at corner of R102 and the Curnick Ndlovu Highway Lat -29.7452164, Long 31.0124679
