About this development
Construction of a new warehouse for Food Lover's Market on the Brickworks / Corobrik site, Kwazulu-Natal. This is part of Phase 1 of 'The Brickworks Industrial and Business Estate' (previously known as Avoca South Industrial and Business Estate), which forms part of the Investec Property logistics hub which will comprise a number of light industrial, general business, and warehousing platforms, while the remainder of the site will be zoned as open space or conservation and roads. Approximately 98 hectares of the total 157 hectares of land will be leveled to form platforms and subdivided for development. The proposed development will include provincial road upgrades and service infrastructural upgrades for water, sewer and electricity. The stockpiling of 500m³ of clay reserves is likely to be included. The site located on the corner of Curnick Ndlovu Highway and Main Road R102 (MR577), in KwaZulu-Natal.
