The contract value is R243 million. The scope of works could include; 147 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a restaurant, gym, wellness center, heated indoor pools, yoga/movement studio, private cinema, library lounge, communal gardens, concierge services and 24-hour medical support. as well as a 14-unit memory-care center.
