The Boulevard Office Park

The project consists of an office park development providing 38 000m² of office space and nearly 1900 parking bays on the periphery of the Cape Town CBD, in the Western Cape. To be known as "The Office Park in the City". The 20 000m² site fronts onto the Eastern Boulevard freeway and Searle Street in the city bowl. Access to the park is directly from the Searle Street on and off ramps from the freeway. A total of 7 buildings will be erected ranging in size from 2 900m² to 8 500m² with the flexibility to accommodate users of up to 16 300m² in one building, if required. Each building stands on a podium under which 3 super basements will provide 5 parking bays per 100m². The two access control points will ensure a high level of security to the park.
