About this development

Construction of the Thavhani Shopping Mall on a 76 ha site at the intersection of the R524 road to Makhado, formerly Louis Trichardt, and the new road which links Giyani to Sibasa and surrounding rural areas, in Limpopo. The 55 000m² mall will have two levels and is scheduled to open in April 2016. Making it even easier for people to shop at Thavhani Mall, it will incorporate a taxi rank and generous on-level parking with two vehicle access points. Estimated value of mall is R1 billion. Thavhani Mall will be anchored by Woolworths, Edgars, Pick ‘n Pay and Superspar. Other retailers that have secured their footprint in the double-level mall include Truworths, Foschini, Markham, Spitz, Mr Price, Pep, Ackermans, Jet, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, Shoe City, Miladys, Legit, Clicks, Link, Roots, Studio 88, Exact, Cross Trainer, John Craig, Totalsports and Sportscene.
