TGS Engineering Expansion Project

Renovations and expansion of the triple story Eland single quarters building and surrounding garage areas for Roshcon in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works includes the demolition of the garages in order to build a proposed 1800 m², 2 storey facility linked to the renovated Eland building as well as parking areas. The new facility will consist of libraries and a Technical Information Management Centre (TIMC) on the ground level of 900m² and a 900m² online monitoring facilities on the upper level. Existing layouts and proposals have been completed for the project. The office requirements are for 90 people in the single quarters building.
