Construction of office units in a block building, consisting of six double storey units with associated parking. The ground floor level of each of the six units will be used as business units (small businesses / office space), whilst the first floor will be for residential purposes. The proposal also provides for the needed infrastructure, including an access road, internal roads, 30 parking bays for both residents and visitors to the business units, and other civil service provision (sewage handling, storm water handling, and water and electricity provision). The development will situated directly off District Road 1578, opposite the Leani Nursery, in Mossel Bay in the Western Cape.
