About this development
Construction of civils, services and infrastructure for a Technical Training College in Kuruman, in the Northern Cape. The proposed site is located on a portion of Erf 1 which lies on the N14, next to the El Dorado Hotel and the Kuruman Country Club. The development will extend over 15 hectares. It will include the following: Technical training college single and double-storey buildings with parking facilities, workshops, recreational area, including a swimming pool, administrative area, media and computer area and relevant road and stormwater infrastructure and student accommodation/housing (small units) will also be provided.
