The site is approximately 25 ha situated at part of portion 19 (old Pooks Hill Conference Facility) and portion 191 of the farm Diepsloot 388 JR and will include the following: Residential 1 (one house per stand), residential 3 (townhouses/clusters), neighbourhood shopping centre, school and business node. The proposed site is located approximately 1.2 km east of Diepsloot just before the Knoppieslaagte (Mnandi Road) and Summit Road (R562) crossing. The site is approximately 18km east of Lanseria Airport and 20km north of Bryanston in Gauteng.
