Development of a Portion of Erf 1, Swellendam. Commonly known as the Swellendam Golf Course Site. An invitation is extended to interested parties to participate in a process to develop a pristine portion of real estate in the Swellendam area. The property located adjacent to the Swellendam Golf Course, covers approximately 317 ha, and consist out of two portions, a primary development area 180 ha in size and 137 ha that will be made available for eco-tourism purposes. The primary development area of 180 ha is located within the urban edge and includes the existing 9-hole golf course. The terrain offers panoramic views of the Langeberg Mountains and the surrounding landscape.
