Construction of an all-weather international soccer and entertainment stadium (90 000 seater) in Westville, Durban, with a commercial component, parkade (parking in a 10-storey block next to the stadium), planetarium, museum facilities, ice rink and observatory, soccer college and facilities. This development will include a ski slope and Olympic size pool and 150 room hotel and Bed and Breakfast blocks. To be known as Super Dome Stadium. Estimated project value : R4.2 billion.
