Expansion of the Kwena Gardens in Sun City, North West. Sun City is proposing to expand the accommodation capacity at the existing Rustic Chalets at Kwena Gardens by constructing an additional 20 chalets. Each chalet will accommodate between 2 and 4 people allowing for a maximum of an additional 80 guests.The access road to the existing chalets will be extended past the current development and a new parking lot (approximately 25 parking bays) will also be constructed to service the additional accommodation facilities. The expansion will also mean that the existing staff facilities (change house and store room) may have to be relocated.
