Construction of the Summit Place Office Park in Menlyn, Pretoria. The office park will be Developed in two phases. Phase 1 has three office buildings, Block A, B and C. The tenants for 2 of these buildings will be BDO and Powertech. Building F is a new Fire & Ice Hotel which is part of the Protea Hotel franchise. Phase 2 will be developed once Phase 1 of the offices are complete.Summit Place is a new commercial precinct that is being developed opposite the Pretoria shopping mecca (Menlyn Mall) and the hotel will be the flagship property in the development.
