About this development
The project involves the erection of student residences at the Turfloop and Medunsa Campuses at the University of Limpopo. The residences will have to be built on university owned land on both campuses. Turfloop farm, the farm on which the university was established, is situated in the township of Mankweng which is about 30 kilometers north-west of Polokwane. Medunsa is situated in Ga-Rankuwa Township, in the north of Tshwane, a few kilometers from the city of Pretoria. It is situated near the Dr George Mukhari Hospital in Gauteng. CIDB 8 : R40 - R130 Million.
