About this development
Construction and upgrade of the existing stormwater measures at the Eastern Platinum Mine for Lonmin Platinum Marikana in the North West Province. The proposed construction includes a new stormwater dam with a capacity of 6 500m³ at 1 Belt Incline; a new stormwater dam with a capacity of 15 800m³ at 3 Belt Incline; a new stormwater dam with a capacity of 6 950m³ cubic metres at 2 Belt Incline and a new stormwater dam with a capacity of 20 125m³ at EPL Plant.
