About this development
Construction of a residential development on Stonehenge Extension 11 located on three portions of the Farm Maggiesdal 456 JT, along the R40 provincial route linking Barberton and Mbombela in Mpumalanga. The development proposes the subdivision of Portions 10 (a portion of Portion 6); 42 and 44 into not less than 500 residences. The dwelling types are going to include free hold stands (“Residential 1” category) and high density dwellings of Residential 3 category (flats). The expected occupancy for Portion 10 is around 187 units; 102 for Portion 42 and not less than 200 for Portion 44. Portions 10 and 42 are adjacent to Church Unlimited to the south of the R40 while Portion 44 is to the north of the former two properties, very close to Beryl Estates.
