Construction of the commercial component for Stellendale 3 as part of the Stellendale Village Development, in Kuilsriver, in the Western Cape. Stellendale Village is situated on a major provincial highway (Stellenbosch Arterial), immediately opposite the road from Blackheath Industrial area, and a few hundred metres away from a regional shopping mall (Zevenwacht Mall) and from Saxonburg Industrial area. The development will also include Stellendale Park, which will be a commercial park; Stellendale 2 - residential; My Place Retirement Village; and Stellendale 3, which will comprise a residential component, a retail component, a school and a small commercial component.
