About this development
Construction of recreational amenities for the development of residential housing units, recreational amenities, open spaces and associated services. The area where the proposed extension is to be undertaken constitutes a portion of the De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate and adjoining property, both of which are situated within the Stellenbosch Municipality, in the Western Cape. The project site is situated along the western boundary of the Stellenbosch airfield. The development will be know as the Stellenbosch Winelands Estate.
