About this development
Additions, alterations and new buildings, on Erf 15827, Stellenbosch, at the Residential Campus of the Stellenbosch University, in the Western Cape. A new Listen, Live and Learn (LLL) complex close to Helshoogte men’s residence, a so-called New Generation residence and hub, as well as additions to the Irene women’s residence and Huis Visser and Huis Marais men’s residences form part of the project. Via the four projects some 770 additional beds will be provided on the residential site between Bosman, Marais, Victoria and Merriman streets. This site has recently been consolidated to form one residential site.
