Construction of the community zone in the Stellenbosch Northern Extension, west of the R304, and north of Kayamandi, on Portion 1 and remainder of Farm 182, Portion 1, 22, 36, remainder of portion 5 and remainder of Farm 183, Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The community zone will include places of worship, post office, clinic, community hall, police station and driving test centre. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°55'03.6"S 18°50'13.9"E.
