About this development
Refurbishment of the State President's residence which will consist of various phases on the Bryntirion Estate, Pretoria, Gauteng. Scope of works for Phase 3 includes: continued refurbishment of main residence, new staff quarters, new Tea Pavilion, new Gate/Guard Houses x 2, upgrading of civil infrastructure, landscaping and completion of the Entertainment Centre. The State President's residence is known as Mahlamba Ndlopfu.
