Construction of a standard gauge railway connecting Ethiopia and Sudan. The railway project will connect the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Sudan it has a total length of 1 512km. It will specifically run from Addis Ababa along to Weldiya, Wereta, Gonder, Metema, Galabat, Gadarif, Kassala, Haiya and to the Port of Sudan.
