Construction of the Gunn Pavillion at St Peter’s Preparatory school premises at 105 Witkoppen Road, Paulshof, Sandton, Gauteng. The scope of works involves the conversion of the existing double story ‘’Gunn’’ pavilion ablutions and gym areas into a new sports pavilion servicing the adjoining basketball and related sports courts. The extension to the above pavilion allowing for a covered first floor viewing deck and veranda area and new storage and serving kitchen areas on the east. Extension of the existing adjoining basketball court platform westwards to enlarge the court (court surfacing by others) including all related retaining walls and seating structures.
