Construction of the St. Francis Bay Hotel and Spa, which will include a luxury 72-apartment 5-star hotel, comprising of 32 Luxury Suites and 40 Dune Suites, which will be erected at the gateway of the Garden Route, in the town of St. Francis Bay, Eastern Cape. The site is situated in the centre of one of the fastest growing holiday resorts in Southern Africa. A gatehouse will provide access to the boutique hotel. The security room in the gatehouse will include state-of-the-art CCTV and an intercom system connected to the hotel, ensuring secure access to and from the estate. Security fencing around the boundary of the development will ensure a safe and protected living environment. Estimated project value : R18 million.
