Construction of the proposed headquarters for Swaziland Revenue Authority in Ezulwini in Swaziland. The scope of works includes the construction of a multi-storey structure comprising commercial offices, ancillary and service spaces in support of the offices including toilets, kitchenettes, meeting rooms, customer consultation centre, document storage, training facilities, structures semi-basement for staff and open parking for customers and visitors. The development will provide about 13 000m² of GBA (gross building area). Estimated Cost: E400 million.
