The scope of works involves the building of a new Toyota dealership with parking comprising concrete and steel structure, chromadeck roof sheeting, brick perimeter walls all finished with plaster and paint, aluminium framed glass shopfronts, aluminium fascia and louvres to facades, roller shutter doors to service entrances. A mezzanine level for admin offices and storage. Internal floor finishes comprise power floated concrete floors, finished with tiles, epoxy or carpets. Suspended ceilings to showrooms, offices, parts sales etc. Air-conditioning to showrooms, offices, sales cubicles etc. Internal walls are brickwork finished with plaster & paint and drywall partitioning finished with paint. All wooden doors and steel frames are painted. The external works include bulk filling, paved roads and parking, site services, landscaping, a guard house and a vehicle wash bay with outbuildings.
