Construction of a plush new condominium complex, the five-star Splice Riviera Hotel in Killarney will consist of 138 2-bedroom apartments on the corner of Riviera and Main Street, Killarney, measuring in the region of 79m². R120 million. The complex will be serviced by a concierge. The seven-storey block has apartments and penthouses for both permanent residents and self-catering business travellers. The condominium concept is one where residents live in the block, but at the same time investors let out their apartments as hotel rooms.
