Soweto Highway (BRT)

Construction of a new BRT system with widening of selected roads within the City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, from Railway Road to Anderson Street along the Soweto Highway and Pat Mbatha Bus and Taxiway. The route is as follows: Soweto Highway, from the intersection of Mooki Street and where Mabizela Street intersect with Soweto Highway. Along Soweto Highway from intersection of Lokomme Street and Soweto Highway to the west of Mofutsanyane Street, from Matlased Street to the west to east of Immink Street, along Pat Mbatha bus and taxiway, east of where Nasrec road passes beneath the taxiway, along Pat Mbatha bus and taxiway, to the east of where de Villiers Graaf Motorway passes over taxiways, near Treu Road and Pat Mbatha bus and Taxiway. Westgate station long Pat Mbatha and starts slightly east of N2 on-ramp near Westgate railway station and ends at Anderson Street West.
