Refurbishment of existing walkways and external facades at the existing Southgate Value Market shopping centre, located on the corner of Rifle Range & Columbine Avenue, Mondeor, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works will include: new structural steel facade framework with new facade materials will be installed, replacing of walkway paving, new brickwork around existing columns, existing face brick walls to be plastered and painted, upgrading existing shop fronts and installation of new shop fronts, new ceilings under the existing walkway roof structure, demolishing of existing signage tower and improvement of the existing rainwater management systems.
