About this development
Construction of the Working Tower for the new Soufflet Malt Malting Facility located on Erf 244 Graceview Extension 3, adjacent to Klipriver Business Park, 1 de Man Road, Midvaal, Sedibeng, Johannesburg, Gauteng. This building will facilitate the processes of barley intake, cleaning & grading, and malt blending, Below-ground grain intake equipment, connected via a conveyor system to the Working Tower, is to be installed within the intake building. Provisions for both truck side and rear offloading will be included. The building frame will consist of a steel structure with vertical sheet metal cladding.
