The scope of works for the Steeping Building includes but not limited to: Earthworks. building foundations, construction of the superstructure (structural steel) with a cladded façade. Construction of lean-to structures, specifically: the process water pump room, blower room, ablutions, storage areas, and a control room adjacent to the electrical room, provision and installation of required ancillary services, including HVAC, fire protection, data, and security systems.
