Soufflet Malt Malting Facility - Infrastructure

Construction and installation of civils and services for the new Soufflet Malt Malting Facility located on Erf 244 Graceview Extension 3, adjacent to Klipriver Business Park, 1 de Man Road, Midvaal, Sedibeng, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works for Zone A: Standard Industrial road design has been applied. The site and surrounding areas were delineated into natural sub-catchments using topographic survey data and the Soufflet Site plan. The stormwater management strategy for the proposed site has been designed in accordance with SANS 1200-DB and general guidelines from the City of Johannesburg and Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, with specific emphasis on the geotechnical sensitivity of the area due to underlying dolomitic formations.
