Soufflet Malt Malting Facility - Germination Vessels & Ventilation Building

Construction the germination vessel and ventilation building for the new Soufflet Malt Malting Facility located on Erf 244 Graceview Extension 3, adjacent to Klipriver Business Park, 1 de Man Road, Midvaal, Sedibeng, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works includes but is not limited to: Earthworks and foundations for 5 germination vessels. Construction of the superstructure for the ventilation building, which will house client-supplied mechanical equipment (e.g., fans). The ventilation building shall be constructed from cast concrete, with all door sizes and access requirements developed in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer equipment provided by the client. Floor finishes shall include power-floated concrete, epoxy painted in wet areas. Wall finishes shall be smooth concrete, epoxy painted in wet areas. The entire project value is R2 billion.
