About this development
Construction of Brookdale, the first phase of Somerset Lakes – a R1.3bn secure eco and lifestyle estate in Somerset West, in the Western Cape. The 114 apartment, three-story building features ground floor apartments with gardens and all the 1st and 2nd floor apartments are designed with balconies. The safety and security elements of the estate are enhanced by state of the art features including biometric fingerprint access control, an electrified perimeter fence, high-definition perimeter surveillance cameras, 24 hour guarding and patrols, and an internal response system.
