Solwezi Mall, Zambia - Infrastructure

Construction of infrastructure and civils works for the new shopping mall, 346 parking bays, a hotel and 5 apartment blocks on stand no. 5841 on Independence Avenue in Zambia. The cost for the project is estimated at US $8.9 million. The proposed project works included the following major works: removal of the existing vegetarian and scarifying of top soil, earthworks, materials mobilisation, trenching for foundation strips, water abstraction, cutting access routes and laying of water and sewer mains.
