Social Housing Project, Mozambique

Construction of a social housing project of 35 000 houses in Mozambique intended for young people and workers in the public administration. The project will take five years to complete. 15 000 houses will be built in the southern provinces, 10 000 in the centre of the country and 10 000 in the north. Each house will cost between $30,000 and $40,000 (depending on the size), with possibilities of payment phased over a long period of time.
