Construction of a Small Boat Harbour, within the Shelley Point development which is situated on the extension of the Golden Mile Boulevard of Britannia Bay, which forms part of St. Helena Bay, ± 25km North of Vredenburg and 150km from Cape Town in the Western Cape. This development will comprise an unobtrusive jetty, which will accommodate yacht and powerboat moorings.
