Construction of civils and services for the new 12 000 m² convenience centre to be known as the Sky City Mall which will be located at the intersection of the R550 and the K91, corner of Rabbitfish Street and Cosmopolitan Drive, Vereeniging, Gauteng. This will be the hub of the larger planned R10 Billion Sky City Development. GPS Co Ordinates 26°25’04.3”S 28°07’11.0”E. There are 3 phases in total. This is phase one of the mall, the next two phases will bring the mall to a total of about 32 000m² over the next few years. R 7 Million
