Construction of the education component for a mixed use development located on portion 0 of the farm Tweedam 377JS and the remainder of portion 1 of the farm Leeuwpoort 283 JS to be known as the Siyanqoba Township in the Emalahleni Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province. The proposed project will consist of 4 development phases totaling approximately 8000 residential erven, 7 schools, 1 business centre, open public spaces, community facilities and 1 public transport centre. The two dams and borrow pits that are present on the site will be used as public open space and are part of the above mentioned.
