About this development
Construction of infrastructure for the Silwerstrand Golf and River Estate alongside the Breede River in Robertson, Western Cape. The development consists of 318 freehold plots, 83 ready-built villa’s and lock-up-and-go townhouses made available in three phases on both banks of the Breede River and around the existing 9-hole golf course. The course is to undergo a major upgrade to a 18-hole golf course.
