Construction of the civils works associated with the transport mobility and infrastructure network Sibaya precinct project, located within the Sibaya Precinct, between the N4, M27 (MR96), M4 and Sibaya Drive, eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The scope of works includes but are not limited to upgrades to the M27, that entails the widening of the existing road to six lanes leading into Sibaya/Umdloti as well as innovative tear drop interchanges, which connect to the existing arterial road network, works will also be done on the internal roads.
