About this development
Construction of 260 residential apartments, as part of the Ocean Dune Sibaya development in the Sibaya precinct, located between Umhlanga and Umdloti, just North of Durban in KwaZulu-Natal. The tiered apartment block will offer the option of one, two, three or four-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The Sibaya Node 1 development will also include an extensive commercial and retail component, leisure facilities and a number of hotels. Node 1 consists of 50 developable hectares and is located east of the M4 and Sibaya Casino.
