Extension to the Shoprite Distribution Centre at corner of Brakfontein and Olievenhoutbosch Roads, Centurion, Gauteng. The scope of works comprises the supply of all necessary labour plant and equipment for the erection and completion of the extensions to the existing Drygoods Building, new Returns Facility, Perishables Alterations, Peripheral Buildings and External Works etc. at Centurion, consisting of reinforced concrete and brickwork with plaster and paint finish, structural steel and roof and vertical cladding, including all plumbing, drainage, site works, electrical and mechanical services for approximately 60 000m² of warehousing.
