Construction of services and infrastructure for the Kafue District Council which has reserved a prime piece of land within the Central Business District for the purpose of developing a shopping mall, a facility that does not exist in the district. The piece of land in question measure 1520 x 140m total area: 21,280 square metres or 2.1 hectares in extent and is located next to Kafue Magistrate Court and opposite Kafue Main Police Station on the Great North Road in Kafue, Zambia.
